Within the Wisdom Body of Vajrasattva, the sovereign of all the Buddha families, are the forty-two peaceful and the fifty-eight wrathful deities. Actualizing these deities through the practice of the Hundred Deities sadhana transforms confusion into clarity. This practice not only purifies the mind, it also prepares one for the “intermediate state” (bardo) between death and rebirth.
A tsog (banquet) is included in the practice so please bring offerings of finger food, non-alcoholic beverages, or flowers. All practitioners are welcome. We meet at our usual place, 316 Commerce St. in beautiful Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia.
